%BGP-3-INVALID_MPLS: Invalid MPLS label (3)

Hello All,

                I am getting the above msg on all of my PEs once, and also I
am unable to see the bgp route advertise in the vrf routing table but I can
ping to them. Actually my sham-link is also down and not coming up. I
suspect this is due to the same reasons I am getting this msg.

I am using Software (C3640-IK9O3S-M), Version 12.4(7). Do you think this IOS
is too old for it or I am doing some kind of mistake in my config,

Plz experts need your kind help.
