Mate ....
if this would have been lab scenario .. i would have reloaded the DTE
side .. and seen if this would have helped ..
not sure if you can actually do it ..
u said that this is a 5 yr old line working .. so am sure its a WIC
card .... not sure if this is caught and fixed in later builds as well
.
Now we have serial HWICs .. which work much much better than WICs .
If things dont work out .. open up a case . And hope for best
