Hi Bernard!

There is indeed a time in our lives when we should never trust Cisco! :-) It is when they have prebuilt anything for us in our configuration section. Think about it...with no Catalyst switches in your Troubleshooting section, how are they to test you on Cat troubleshooting?

While the CCIE lab exam is not always going to reflect real world networking, one interesting parallel is the fact that we be ready to fix anything at anytime. :-)
