OT:Language Files (Localization) for UCM 6.1 Procedure

Dear Experts,

I need to put a new language for the phone interfaces. I do understand that
this is done by downloading the appropriate cm-locale file from Cisco's
website. Can anyone point to me the procedure that is to be followed for
uploading the locale/continuing the process to have another language as an
interface for the IP Phone? I have tried to search it unsuccessfully.
