SP rack time should be cheap. Way back when, I looked at INE and they had
$15 for 8 hours not counting discounts...etc
Look at this great website for mini dynamips: http://www.ccie18473.net/
And create your own topology. For CCIE SP, dynamips should be the way to
go.
IPExpert was great BTW. I used them for Security and if you buy their
workbook, they will give you dynamips accordingly.

all of us to know the latest and greatest deal happening right now.

Anyone could tell the best deal price and equipment to rent a ccie lab
setup environment for practicing SP for three months? Something not
hefty in price and close to the real one?
