RE: CEF or distributed CEF switching is required for NBAR.

I would add in there the 3560/3750 etc ;) They also only supported
distributed mutlicast/cef. At least that is what the command structure
states.

ip cef. ip cef distributed is supported only on platforms supporting
distributed switching - like 7500, 7600, 10k, 12k.
