Routers do route the packet on 3 basic principles ... when a packet arrives
to the router, the first thing they check is the destination address and
after that they look into the routing table and make bit by bit matching
against the destination address on the criteria of ;

- Prefix length
(high preferred, if equal then)
- Administrative distance
(high low, if equal then)
- Metric
(high low, if equal then)

if all the equal then routers do the load balancing ...
