The PSA website does have some good stuff on this (click on IOS then XR
then 3.x or whatever version that you're after):

Last year Cisco published a nice book on XR Fundamentals:

And more importantly many of your current R&S stuff can easily be used
for you XR preparation; so I don't expect a massive upgrade process for
a well prepared RS or SP candidate towards being an XR engineer.
Needless to say some new topics like Policy Language etc. should be very
well reviewed.

This is all about CCIE stuff of course in order to manage an ASR9000 for
video delivery in production you need some hands on experience.
