So they are trying to sell 360 program advertising OEQ Waiver KNOWING
that only 0.3% will benefit? This is a SCAM.

It's really interesting, last week cisco had pretty much the same meeting,
there were only 7 people though. According to them, only 0.3% fail the OEQ
and at the same time have passed the troubleshooting and config section.
(Ver 4) .
