Ryan,
One more thing; as a CCIE candidate or someone with a CCIE number in hand you're expected to know *all* R&S related topics on the PSA website. If you're a candidate; from 11.0 all the way up to 12.4T but if you've got a number I'd be upset if my CCIE engineer is not familiar with the new features of IOS 15.0 and 15.1. So to be successful in this competition at a minimum you have to spend 100-150 hours on the PSA website.
I never forget myself with heaps of printed pages of the PSA..taking them everywhere! I actually had the CD as well ;)

This really is opinion. How do you know that out of 10's of thousands of questions you won't get two or three that make you scratch your head? Do you think you could pull a random obscure list from only one location on Cisco's website?
