Anthony is exactly right. I wanted to add to what he said by giving
you another outlook (sometimes it helps to see the same thing from two
angles)
The general rule is that you only need the broadcast statement once
per protocol per dlci. As Anthony explained, the link-local and
global addresses will go out the same DLCI. So, if you have already
used the broadcast keyword on one, you don't need it on the other.
Putting it there redundantly won't hurt you, it is just that you do
not required it twice.
