Juniper ISG 2000

Dear Experts
I have a simple setup with Juniper ISG 2000.

Branch 1 --------------DMZ SWITCH (acting as
HUB)----------------ISG2000--------------CORESW(Cisco6509)-------------------------INTERNAL
NETWORK

From Internal network i am able to ping an IP on Branch 1.I have any any
policy from TRUST---UNTRUST and UNTRUST TO TRUST .I am trying to telnet into
an server on port 1521 that is behind Branch 1.But it does work.Any ideas
would be appreciated
