Working for a Cisco Partner !!

All,

Not taking too much of the group time .. I know that there are folks who are
working and have worked in the past with Cisco Partners. What are the
Pros/Cons working with a Cisco Partner? What should one look for? Any Gotchas
:-). If possible unicast me your thoughts?
