anyone running CSS-11503

Anyone using the CSS-11503 for load balancing still? I've inherited an older
unit (circa 2006) and am looking at upgrading the WebNS from 8.10.4.01 to
8.20.4.02. It's been flaky (runs for a day then stops) so we removed it from
DNS and now I need to start troubleshoting what is wrong.

Also thinking
about long term would migration be to ACE or other product?

Was looking for
someone I could chat with offlist.
