You have access to everything that starts from the node called Products in the new documentation interface.

Here is an interactive lesson I put together and shared with GS some time ago. I think it will answer many of your questions:

Also, to elaborate on what Kambiz has said - the DOC-CD is available during Troubleshooting and Configuration. It is obviously not available in Core Knowledge.
