By the book, MPLS SP implies the SP cooperating with the custommer's
routing. Most (AFAIK) SPs are not that willing.
Some SPs have defined service policies, and it may be the case that
they only run BGP for CE-PE routing. It's somehow the easier to
troubleshoot. So if you have EIGRP, they run EIGRP between their CE
(mismnomer :) and your router and do the redistribution at the CE.
