RE: Representing internal server with 2 different Public IP

You can either put two addresses on the server,
30.1.1.1 25 to 20.1.1.1 25
10.1.1.1 25 to 20.1.1.2 25
or run services on two distinct ports.
30.1.1.1 25 to 20.1.1.1 25
10.1.1.1 25 to 20.1.1.1 26

You need to be able to maintain bidirectional traffic flow. If you can't
assign a secondary address to the servers physical interface, you can assign
an address to the loopback interface and point a route to the servers
physical interface.
