It really does not make sense at all

can you tell me what is the exact requirement so we can suggest some
solutions

you want same different public ip addresses for same private ip addresses on
the SAME port which is not doable

Are you trying to have more then one MX record and you have only one email
server on private

if you can elaborate more might be some one help
