I totally agree. The doc may not be exactly where we would expect it every
time, but that should not stop the prepared candidate from locating it.
Great point Kambiz!

Bit,
Another important thing that we discussed last week was the fact that when
they say 12.4T from as documentation point of view it simply means IOS 11.0
all the way up to 12.4T. So even a command, timer, trick has been mentioned
only once anywhere on cisco.com say under 12.2T feature guide that's fair
game
for the lab exam.

Hello Kambiz and all,
the issue is not this particular command which was only an example.
The real issue is the following:
- the 'command reference' is organized per IOS release, I am only
interested in IOS here, and every release specific command reference
contains a subset of IOS commands specific to it. This is a pain when I
want to pick a certain command and don't know in which IOS to look.
- on the other side it seems to exist a release independent 'command
reference that contains ALL the commands of ALL releases for ALL
platform. This is what I am hunting. I found a section of it at:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/ios/iproute_bgp/command/reference/ir
g
_book.html
'This document contains Cisco IOS commands that are supported in many
different software releases and on many different platforms.....'
This is just a section, I would like to reach the main index.
Thanks,
bit.

the
NSR with SSO in BGP feature then I can tell you it's supported only when you
run IOS S or X series. If that's not the case and my built-in IOS version
adviser is not on the right track you've got to send some more info
through:)
