Targeted Problem Search in Cisco Docs

Hi All,

I have a question related to Cisco Docs usage in CCIE lab; the question is:
If im stuck in a situation in the lab where i need to find,say, ospf
neighbor stuck in exstart,and i somehow dont know the reason/troubleshooting
steps, so, the only friend there will be Cisco Docs, will i be able to
search the specific problem e.g i write "ospf neighbor stuck in exstart" and
hit Search button? ( or will i even have the search button?) or will i have
to go to specific technology and read the whole OSPF reference guide and
find the solution.
