IP OSPF Flood-reduction and Summary SLA

Hi Experts,
 
I am trying to understand ip ospf flood-redcution and in DOCcd it says that it
will set the DNA bits on SLA advertised out with configured interface.
 
after enabling it I can see the router(it's and ABR in my case) is only
setting up the DNA bit only on Router-SLA and not on Summary SLA generated by
the router.
 
is this is the expected behavior ?
