Doc-cd ref to classify voice protocols?

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a doc-cd reference I can go to for easy lookup on how to classify voice/ video traffic? I think it's bullshit that you might be expected to remember the port a particular codec uses. However, if I can just look that up in the lab then great. I'm having trouble finding anything though.
Can anyone help me? My plan in the lab if I need to classify voice is just to save a config, enable autoqos voice, copy all the class-maps/ acls to notepad then reboot the router. However this doesn't distinguish the different protocols and I'd like to block say H.323 calls in an ACL.
Maybe I'll do a CCVP after I finish the CCIE, but till then any help/ advice/ links I can use in the lab would be appreciated.
