OT: Cache Engines and Bandwidth Managers

Hello,

Could anyone recommend some good cache engine platforms and bandwidth
managers for use in an ISP NOC?

The products should accommodate multi-gigabit throughputs, with support for
1GB/10GB interfaces.

I don't mind if they are not Cisco products. Thanks.
