Shane,
        GS is a terrific group of folks from all backgrounds. The archives
are full of answers and the vendor and individual support here is
unmatched. That said, sometimes you have to put up with a bit of crud. We
also have individuals that get just as sensitive about things as the
vendors do. Don't give up. You'll get better at filtering thru the muck as
time goes by.

As someone starting out, I come here to learn.
I've learned absolutely nothing from this chain of mails.

I'm seriously considering unsubscribing.
I'm not saying that either of you are wrong/right - but isn't here a time
and place for that?
