So here is what you CAN do that should work -- Create a GRE tunnel
between R1 and R2. Run EIGRP on the tunnel. When R1 gets the
10.10.13.2/32 installed into it's RIB, even though it shows up as a
connected route, it will also be in the EIGRP topology table and sent
over to R2 over the tunnel.
