What is the best way to make BGP update vrf lite imported

Hi,

Every time I make change to TEST-MAP that was configured to make export
from VRFs more selective ( export map TEST-MAP) , I have to do "clear ip
bgp *" (Adding "Soft" keyword didn't help.)

Any other command that update vrf import and export with pout killing the
whole bgp process?
