Hi Ryan,
There are a number of things that you need to consider before you order
this stuff.
Fibre type / Distance
The type of modules that you are suggesting are for Single Mode Fibre.
Check this before you order. The distance that you require this signal
to travel is also a factor in this. Keep in mind that this reflects what
kind of GBIC's you are able to use in you core.
Core:
You say you have a 4506 but what you don't say is the version of IOS or
what modules you have in use already.
These are important factors in understanding what you need to order.

Sounds like you'll want to go with the Sup V-10GE. It will support two
X2 connections and allow you to upgrade your chassis to the E series in
the future. If you actually want to get better than 8:1 port
oversubscription out of your line cards, you'll need to upgrade to the E
series. I'm a little hazy on the connectors / cables between X2 and
SFP+, but you should be fine connecting the two. Does anyone know of a
twinax cable that does X2 to SFP+?
