Hi,

Yes, I received the same call today. It is cancelled due to technical
difficulties and a full refund will be given from Pearson VUE plus Cisco
will give you a free voucher for your next booking. Cisco will also give a
6 month extension to your written if you are close to exceeding the period
between written and 1st lab attempt.
