I recommend Cacti in combination with flow-scan.

How many HUBs are in your DMVPN?
PRTG is a decent solution, you may want to check it out. If you are not
looking for a long term solution but want to create graphs, I believe they
have a demo that can be used/tested for a period of time for free.
