RE: Pearson Lab Review

Brad must be an eternal optimist. I had a question on a CCSP exam a while back
that was absolutely incorrect, I left a "comment" on how the correct answer
was not available and the verification step required in the question was not
there. I opened a "case" via Pearson before I left the testing center and they
sent in a ticket, Pearson told me when I called them they have no control over
the tests at all they just give them and collect the money of course.

Cisco came back with inane responses, never addressed the problem of how thier
error cost me the points and money they just continually asked if the problem
was resolved until-apparently by design the customer just gives up on every
getting any service. Cisco refused to ever give any points for their issue
BUT did fix the question since I missed by I believe 4 points on that exam.
But the only thing that is guaranteed is that they could not care less
anymore, once you paid in full they are all done with you. I hope you have
better luck.

I'm pretty sure they are going to take the feedback and make some major
improvements. The person running this program is one smart guy, so I
know it will be stellar when all the "little bumps" are worked out.

Wow that is a discouraging report. Hopefully it is the exception.
