Top 10 ways to help avoid carpel tunnel:

10 Voice recognition software
9 Train a pet monkey to type for you
8 Handful of Advil (check with your doctor first)
7 Use your toes
6 Copy and paste everything using your mouse
5 Switch careers so you don't have to type (bus driver maybe?)
4 Go through Cisco 360 so you don't have to do any extra typing for OEQ
questions during your lab
3 Win the lottery and hire someone to type for you
2 Use telekinesis to press the keys
1 Stop wasting key strokes on pointless forum posts and focus your
typing on your practice labs

Hi GS!
Last week i had pain in my both hands, got hands swollen, and fingers
were
in awful paining condiation. Doctor's advice was complete rest. After a
week, things are much better. But how you guys avoid such pain because
of
excessive typing. any input will be great.
