3G Router (non-cisco) with Ipsec 3des support

Need your help

Anyone had experienced in setting up Ipsec tunnel from 3G router (non-cisco)
client router to cisco IPsec gateway router.

I would like to find out which 3G router (like netgear etc..) can build
Ipsec 3des tunnel to Cisco Ipsec gateway. Need to deploy the 3G solution in
Japan

Appreciate if you could share your thoughts
