Damn! I always fear this for my students as it was something I suffered with during my studies. I also know how hard my students end up working.

I have seen lots of great advice here in GS provided to you already Nadeem - that is great.

For me, taking the advice of my doctor was best. I ended up sleeping with braces on that worked wonders (per my physician's instructions). As always, you know to unicast me if there is anything you think I can do to help.
