If it doesn't show the additional options then it's not part of the IOS
if there was a spot to remove the specific binding that is where it would be.

you can verify that by going to the command lookup tool on cisco.com

one other thing sometimes commands are hidden so you could just try it:

clear ip dhcp snooping binding then the specific IP
