first as they have introduced some new free tools :
http://www.solarwinds.com/products/freetools/.

The NM tools are usually pretty expensive depending on the type of licenses
that you want to purchase but in many cases you can get away with a small fee
to buy only some components of a big package that are absolutely needed for
your job.
