RE: MOH on Cisco phone 7941

Hi Adel

    Thanks your reply.
    My phones are SIP phones. And the Audio source is the default one
"SampleAudioSource" which should support g.711u and g.729.
    The receiver 7961 can hear the MOH stream when I press the button on 7941
or 7961. If the receiver is 7941, it couldn't hear the MOH.
     I am still thinking maybe something to do with the configuration on the
CCM or transcoder on the voice gateway, not sure.
