OSPF

If ospf is being used on a production network and the link from the Service
provider is highly unstable causing ospf to recalculate the SPF algorithm
frequently.

Is there a way i can either reduce the time or completely stop ospf from
running the spf algorithm during this period of unstable link because of the
high CPU utilization the spf algorithm cause every time the router has to
perform this
