also you might want to check if any of those 2 interfaces are flapping their
layer 2 link, or if they are presenting duplex or speed mismatches, cause that
could be causing your flap assuming one of them is an alternate path to get to
that mac.
as Shashid said, I agree that it looks to me like an STP or SLB issue.
