IS-IS was removed TWO blueprints ago. With the last 3.X blueprint to your current 4.X blueprint, there were no topics removed, just topics added.

Many students have doubted the inclusion of the new 4.X topics in the actual lab exam, and unfortunately they have failed as a result. Candidates need to realize that with the introduction of the Troubleshooting section, Cisco's ability to test a broader scope of technologies has just multiplied 10 times over.
