Hello Mahmoud,

The state ATTEMPT itself is normal but if is stuck in that state in can
have two reasons:
- misconfigured neighbour statement.
- Unicast reachability broken on the NBMA network.

So first verify your neighbor statements and then check that your
neighbors reply to pings from each other.
