[OSL | CCIE_RS] BGP design example

Team,

I didn't want to hijack Patrice's thread on BGP design but did want to ask
for some configuration examples without his restrictions. I am looking for
a design involving 2 DC's, each with a single ISP Ethernet handoff of
500Mb's? Current hardware:

eBGP = 7206VXR
iBGP = 7206VXR
Intermediary Switches = 3750G (running OSPF currently)

We are looking at refreshing our hardware and optimizing the configurations.
 I am looking for resiliency, traffic engineering out local site, and as
close to zero downtime failover's as possible. Last month we took a 3
minute hit which sucked.
