Can I have more than 1 traffic conditioner per SVI?

Hey guys,
              got a question,

 I got a VLAN with its SVI layer 3 interface on my router, got a route-map
applied to my SVI, pointing to an ACL, and the action of the route map is "set
ip next-hop x.x.x.x".
so traffic that matches those ACLs is forwarded to that next-hop IP address.
       Now I'm in need of pointing some other specific destination network to
a different ip for next-hop for that VLAN.
Can I create a second route map and apply it to the SVI? if not, is there any
way that you can think of to accomplish this task?
