figuring out the CIR per site using FRAME RELAY (?)

Hi everybody,
I got a project at work for a customer; it looks
interesting for practicing some FR, the project is about configuring traffic
shapping and OSPF over the customer frame-relay network for about 40 sites.

Customer already provided me with access to all the remote sites, and I'm done
with the routing portion, but when heading to the traffic shapping portion I
realized he didnt provide with the CIR or Be info for any of the sites.

I tried

sh frame-relay pvc
sh frame-relay LMI
sh frame-relay map

and sh int, and dont seem to find that info.

IS there any way to see on the router what is my CIR for that site and my Be?
or should this info be provided by the customer?
I know I can calculate the Bc by having the CIR and the TC, but dunno if the
Be can be calculated.

on a sh int on the serial subinterface the bandwithd it shows as if the
bandwith was 1.544Kbps, but I think thats just the phisical bandwith of the
local interface.

Serial0/0.1 is up, line protocol is up
  Hardware is PowerQUICC Serial
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1544 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
  Encapsulation FRAME-RELAY IETF

any ideas??

thanks!!
