Hi Marko,
I read too much into the question, I got the impression that Ivan is trying
to distinguish between tag-switched traffic - no access-list will match this
type of traffic. However, after having a second read of the question; ALL
INPUT packets are to be classified. So I guess an access-list matching port
646 and the transport ip as dest will suffice.
