OT: bpduguard/bpdufilter default together

All,
if we configure spantree portfast default and bpduguard & bpdufilter *
default* both on a swithc then I always get my port getting err-disabled
whenever any switch is connected to the local switch port.

It means in an environment whrere we like to connect some servers through
trunk links we can use above options with portfast enabled on trunks. This
way we can avoid sending any BPDUs to the servers and in the case when a
switch is connected then bpduguard took care of it.

Only time I noticed issue is if bpdufilter default alone is configured and
portfast status is lost then configuring bpduguard did not take affect until
port is done shut/no-shut.

*Is there any critical item I missed in this case?*
