Really weird... I re-labbed it again, and now I can't recreate the
same issue... the Sham link won't come up (which should've been the
result since those to subnets (the 2 loopbacks) don't have
reachability to each other.

So I redistributed connected under the ipv4 vrf in bgp and it works...
Maybe I'm just losing my mind :)
