FHRP insight please

Hello ,

When considered with FHRP protocols such as hsrp , vrrp , glbp i got
knowledge on configuration and protocol behavior . I need some insight or
web page link or good book where in how exactly GLBP behaves while it load
balances and deciding factors (if GLBP is performing load balancing is
packet going every time to AVG and gets redirected to other AVF or any thing
else happening there ) ..
