yes of course, I have increased the cost between R3 and R5 to 1000, And
lower the cost of R5-R4 and R4-R2 to 1, And still taking the R3 path, I feel
it's prefer Area 1 over Area 0 for a reason, Note that the connection between
R5 and R4 is area 0, I also shut down the link between R5-R3, I found it's
taking the path via R4 with the 2 cost as expected, I think the problem is why
it's prefering Area 1 over area 0, thanks
