Hi
If I have 2 Spoke VRFs peering via eBGP peers to CE and then I create a hub
VRF to import and export to these spoke VRFs why do
the spokes not learn about each others routes?
Surely if the hub is learning routes from both vrf's then when it exports it
will send these routes to
each of the spokes. If I introduce a route into the hub VRF this
is propagated to the spokes.
ip vrf hub
rd 64700:1
route-target export 1:100
route-target export 2:100
route-target import 1:100
route-target import 2:100
!
ip vrf spoke1
rd 64700:2
route-target export 1:100
route-target import 1:100
!
ip vrf spoke2
rd 64700:3
route-target export 2:100
route-target import 2:100
Just to let you know , I am aware of exactly how to provide spoke to spoke
connectivity through the hub but I do not understand
why the above case does not work.
I am obviously missing something in my understanding.
Any help is appreciated.
