saying is right. Pony up the $$$ and you can bypass your OEQ. Technically,
you have to have a waiver approved by your instructor. However, I've yet to
see any rules in place that determine if a student does or does not get the
waiver approved. There is no test of the knowledge as far as I know in the
class...it is strictly up to one guy's opinion....and let's not forget that
opinions can be bought as well as anything else.
